Spring Cheer is a non-competitive, skill-focused program for athletes to develop their cheerleading abilities in a fun, low-commitment environment. This is a great way to try out cheerleading to see if your child likes it and an excellent way to keep previous cheerleaders engaged and conditioned. Included in your registration, will be a t-shirt and bow to keep. All they need to purchase is black leggings and any tennis shoes. This program is offered to athletes 3-18 (as of July 31, 2025) Practices will be 2 days a week (days TBD) starting towards the end of March, with games beginning in April and going into June.

NFL Flag is the official youth flag football program of the NFL, featuring a no-contact version of football played by boys and girls. We are thrilled to start our first season with NFL Flag and will be offering it to all children ages 5-9. Included in your registration is a jersey to keep and the use of the belts and flags that will be worn. All they need to purchase is a mouthguard and cleats. Practices will be twice a week (days TBD) starting at the end of March and games will be on weekends starting in April and going into June.
